On the Licenses tab of the General Settings on the Admin page of Content Gate, it is now possible to view the actual user count in Content Gate versus the amount of users that are allowed to be licensed.
If the maximum amount of users is reached, the green bar will turn red, indicating that no more users can be added unless new licenses are purchased. To do this, please reach out to order@axtension.com
The full users section indicates the amount of full users currently assigned. A full user is a Content Gate user which is allowed to utilize the full functionality that Content Gate offers.
The Read-Only Users section indicates the amount of Read-Only users currently assigned. A Read-Only User is a Content gate user which is only allowed to view/read documents. If using Advanced User Permissions, these will be overruled by the license type. Meaning if a user has update permissions for a document but is licensed as Read-Only, the user will only be able to read the document.
