In the section "Views", the definition of the views can be done. Creating a view consists of 4 steps:
Click the "New" button to create a new view. Enter the name of the view in the dialog that appears, and select the first business entity to include in the view.
After the view is created, additional business entities can be added to the view by clicking the "Add" button and select an additional entity. Note that only entities that are related to entities that are already in the view are displayed.
In the tab "Content Item properties", additional properties can be added to the view. To add a content item property, click the "Add" button and select the content property. The toggle "Show as filter" defines whether the property values are available as a filter option in this view. Note that not all types of content item properties can be used as filter (for example, multi-line text fields cannot be used).
In the tab "Permissions", users and/or user groups can be added to grant permission to the view. To add a user or user group, click the "Add" button and select the appropriate user or group.
