Embedded View

To open Axtension Content Gate in embedded view, add ?mode=embedded to the url.

The embedded view is intended for, but not limited to integration with Customer Engagement. Opening Content Gate as embedded This will open a specific content gallery without display of the root node, in the example below this is the customer US-023 - Shrike retail. Best practice dictates that the page where Content Gate is embedded (Customer Engagement) already displays this information.

Additionally the embedded view offers a button which enables the user to open the current page in a new window as full view Content Gate.

Embedding Content Gate in Customer Engagement

  • Go to the form where CG needs to be embedded
  • Click the ... icon and start the form editor
  • Click insert
  • Web resource
  • enter axt and search
  • Select axt_/ContentGateConnector/Pages/Embedded.html image.png
  • Give it a name for instance cg_formname
  • uncheck display label on the form
  • On the formatting tab select one column, number of rows 30, Scrolling never, Uncheck display border image.png
  • Click Ok
  • Now drag embedded content gate to where you would like it.
  • Save and publish

Congratulations, embedded Content Gate should now be visible on the form.
