The Content Gate hub is the new start page in Content Gate. It brings search, your recent work, pinned items, and content request tasks together in one place so you can continue your work faster.

Find documents directly from the homepage

Use the search card on the hub to quickly find documents. Results appear while you type.

If you need more control, select Advanced Search. Your search term is kept, and you can narrow the results with filters and facets.

Continue where you left off

The hub helps you return to recent work by showing:

• Recently opened business entities (for example customers, projects, or orders)
• Recently used content items

From here, you can open an item right away, or open an entity in its source system using Open in....

Keep important items nearby with pins

Pin frequently used entities and documents so they always stay visible on your hub under pinned sections.

You can preview and open pinned documents directly from the hub, and remove pins when they are no longer needed.

Track your content requests in one place

If your organization uses content requests, the hub also shows your active request work:

• Content to Fulfill: requests sent to you
• Content to Review: submitted content waiting for your review
• Sent Content Requests: requests you sent, including their status

Each request card shows key details such as request date, due date, recipients, and reviewers.

Personalize your layout

Select Edit to personalize the hub:

• Move cards
• Resize cards
• Add or remove cards

You can also use undo/redo while editing, or reset to the default layout. Your layout is saved in the browser you use.
