In the gallery it was sometimes not possible to change the view when there was no content was found. This has been fixed.
When creating a new view and using the tab button to navigate through the fields, the "Add" button did not get highlighted. This has been fixed.
The Dynamics logo has been updated in the gallery.
To support the scenario of content validation, webhook subscriptions can be added from within Power Automate. A user can subscribe on the create, update and delete events of content items.
We have made some improvements which should load galleries with a large amount of documents quicker. This should also prevent the application from becoming unresponsive.
When an error occurs in the bulk query data service within F&O the Activity Id is now also shown in the error message. With this Activity Id it is possible to retrieve detailed information about the error in LCS.
When editing an item in the admin section and then clicking the Add button did not immediately trigger the save dialog. This has been fixed.
It is now possible to query a sub entity using different paths. For example: Customer -> Sales Quotation -> Item or Customer -> Sales Order -> Item.
It is now possible to create recursions over multiple entities. For example Item (A) -> Production Order -> Item (B).
For these changes we also improved the view configuration section and business entity model section. It is now possible to create multiple relations between the same entities and these relations should be given a name.
The model diagram which was already present in the business model configuration section has also been added to the view configuration.
We have added support for querying all the related entities of a self referencing entity.
A file was not showing it's preview when the download permission of the category was set to deny. This has been fixed.
When a property toggle was showing an error this was not correctly aligned. This has been fixed.
The open file option was also available for items which are stored in Azure Blob. This was not correct and has been fixed.

When using the compressed view in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, the AXtension® Content Gate icon did not line out correctly. This is fixed now.
The date range filter in the content gallery was not updated correctly after a document was added. This is fixed now.
When configuring the link between two business entities, the suggested relations that were retrieved did not show correctly, causing the screen to freeze. This is fixed now.
In some specific cases, it was not possible to remove a relation between 2 entities in the business entity model. This is fixed now.
When accessing the AXtension® Content Gate endpoints from the API (like e.g. Power Platform) performance can degrade when lots of traffic comes in. Therefore a limit of 2 requests per second is implemented for the API calls.
AXtension® Content Gate offers the possibility to de fine content item templates. A content item template can contain predefined properties and a generated filename. Based on a content item template an expected content item can be added to an entity by making use of the API or Power Platform. Support for manual creation of expected content items will be released on a later date.
The Power Platform connector has been updated to support the scenarios for the content item template feature. Furthermore, the Power Platform connector has been extended with query functionality to retrieve documents for any Power Platform application (for example, Power Automate or Power Apps).
In scenarios where an integer value is included into the identifier for a data entity, no documents were retrieved. This was caused by the fact that the data entity displays an integer (for example 1), whereas in Dynamics 365 this value is stored as a decimal value (for example 1.00). This is fixed now.
In some scenarios, the preview of the document was always opened at the bottom of the document. This is fixed now.
We have improved the admin menu by grouping several items in a collapsible menu.

The bulk query functionality was not working properly for some relations within Dynamics CE. This has been fixed.
When uploading a document and adding another business entity reference to it, the reference was gone after a refresh. This has been fixed.
The import/export functionality was not validating all the exceptions in the dry run. This has been fixed.
When adding a reference during upload the facet was not updated correctly. It was added as unlinked. Also adding a reference to an uploaded file (without refresh) was not working. These issues all have been fixed.
A custom date property with no default value resulted on upload with a value of the current data instead. This has been fixed.
If the user had no permissions to change the properties, these fields were not disabled. This has been fixed.
When saving the storage connector and choosing 'Save & connect' an error occurred. This has been fixed.
when selecting a file and a weblink and downloading it, a zip file was created with only 1 file in it. This has changed so in this case no longer a zip file is created, but the file is downloaded instead.
The environment highlight was not working as expected on the home landing page.
It was possible to add the same business entity multiple times to one provider. This is being blocked from now on.
When removing a business entity provider from the model configuration, the model became corrupt and it was no longer possible to view or edit the model. This has been fixed.
When a file is drag and dropped while the gallery is still loading a message will be shown stating that the upload form will show after the gallery is finished loading.
Sometimes leaving the general settings page without making changes resulted in a dialog window asking to save or cancel. This issue has been fixed.

When third party cookies are disabled it is not possible to load Content Gate properly. We have added a check for this setting and warn the user if the third party cookies are disabled.
When opening the dialog for adding a new relation, the dropdown for the relation type was already open. We have changed this so it is initially closed.
The scrollbar in the Permissions dialog for categories was not always displayed correctly. We have fixed this.
When opening Content Gate embedded the login window was blocked when a popup blocker is active. We have added a check for pop up blockers and warn the user to change te settings to allow popups.
In some cases the content items shown in the gallery had wrong business entity references. We have fixed this.
We have added functionality for exporting and importing configuration data between environments. It is now possible to import/export the business entity model, gallery views, content entity properties and security groups.
