When adding a document with the same direct link twice the application crashed until a refresh was executed
When updating the storage connectors without id’s and hitting connect, this caused documents to get lost.
No error was shown when a content item property was created without a default value.
Enables the usage of self referencing entity types, making it possible to define relationships such as project > Sub-project.
When working with the Content item properties of type toggle, in some cases the filters would duplicate causing faulty behavior.

When the finance and operations business entity connector included a / at the end of the url, the connection to dynamics would fail.
When creating custom item properties, it was not possible to save changes due to an error.
Multi language support was added in this release, currently only English and Dutch is supported, for future releases we plan to use a translation service which would enable us to support more languages.
When changing the API name for a content item, the name change would not be reflected in the background. To keep this from happening the API name can not be changed once it’s in use.
We did some preparations required for upcoming features
Just feature preparations in this release.
When uploading a file and adding linked business entities these were not shown in the UI until a refresh was executed. Now the linked business entities are available without the refresh. Both on the document and in the filters.
When creating a view, an error could occur which caused the changes not to be saved.
When using the API to call the business entities controller, a 400 error was thrown.
When setting linked business entities, these were not always displayed.
In the setup of the business entity model, the bidirectional or backward only relationship were not respected.
When trying to login to content gate with a user that is not registered in the content gate users. The user would get stuck in a refresh loop, this has been fixed and the user will now receive an error indicating the failed authentication.
When opening a view without the correct permissions the screen would remain empty.
When setting up storage providers (in JSON) the Enabled tag was not used. For that reason it has been removed.
When clicking the business entities multiple times in the admin section. The detail tab would be opened multiple times. This has been fixed.
When all documents are removed from a gallery the filter option “no value” will now disappear.
The required 5 character limit was removed for the creation of a new category in the content item properties.
The current API features are made compatible with .NET framework 4.6.1.
When dragging and dropping a zip-file on the upload button, the application crashed.
When uploading a file containing special characters this caused the direct link button to break.

This release contains no new features
Clicking the i-icon of a document didn’t always load the details pane. This has been fixed.
Uploading large files caused the upload to fail with an empty error.
Error messages shown did not always show the correct timestamp.
The load animation when opening a gallery did not always close automatically.
Xlsm files didn’t show an Excel icon and were not shown in the preview.
After deleting a document it sometimes remained in the gallery.
When opening document information it was not possible ot change metadata and storage provider without performing a refresh first.
When clicking the upload button, the loading animation would display the metadata entered as empty. The correct metadata is now displayed during upload.
If an error message occurred in the upload dialog, the message would not go away and a red bar would remain visable even after fixing the problem.
Uploading a web link didn’t work
The document type field on a document displayed a technical value instead of the document type.
When uploadin a document, sometimes the “No valid library available to upload to” error occurred.
“An error occurred while updating the entities...” error occurred when uploading content.
It was not possible to download multiple documents at once.
After changing the storage location of a document the url was not always corrected.
The preview of PowerPoint files did not always work.
It was possible to use a + in a document name which caused issues with SharePoint.
When clicking the labels of the filter headers the filters would collapse without visual indication, seeming to disappear. A visual indicator was added to notify the user that the filters can be collapsed.
Filters and the counters behind them were not adjusted when removing or editing content in a gallery.
When editing or deleting a document in SharePoint, Content Gate was not updated. Now, changing or deleting a document in SharePoint will alter the file in Content Gate.
It was possible to add multiple files that exceeded the size limit of 100MB per upload.
When adding a Content Item Property > Integrations > Export to storage connector. It was not possible to select a storage connector. This has been fixed.
The loading page for a Gallery should no longer get stuck and automatically disappear.
